Help and community rules

Make every duel safe and reliable

What we expect from players, hosts, coaches and centres, and what happens when a game or booking does not go to plan.

Community rules

  • Treat players, hosts, coaches and venue staff with respect. Harassment, threats, discrimination and unsafe conduct are not allowed.
  • Use accurate availability and game information. Do not spam invitations, reports or chat.
  • Court bookings at partner centres are paid online or at the centre, on the centre's terms. For games at other venues, agree the court cost with the host and settle it between you.
  • Keep private contact details out of public game information and report content only when it is needed for review.

Court bookings

Bookings at partner centres are one hour long. Each centre sets its own cancellation window; cancel inside it and an online payment is refunded in full. Centres and their staff must keep availability accurate and honour confirmed bookings.

Attendance

Withdraw more than 24 hours before the start to avoid a penalty. Exactly 24 hours is late. A verified late withdrawal, late host cancellation or no-show creates a seven-day participation restriction and skill and league deductions. Existing memberships remain available.

No-show reports open after the scheduled end and close 24 hours later. The accused can accept or dispute within 24 hours. Doubles reports need an independent participant; singles reports go to an administrator. Court closures and unanimously agreed cancellations can be reviewed as exceptions.

Results and disagreements

Record only the winning team. Approve an accurate result or reject it before its deadline. Disputed matches require the current result version to be approved by every participant; otherwise they become no contest.

Report, block and review

Use the Report action on the relevant player, game, message or attendance case so the correct record is attached. Reports are visible only to you and authorized administrators. Blocking stops new direct contact, invitations and friend requests; shared-game messages remain collapsible so essential logistics are still available.

Administrators can review reports and appeals, reverse attendance penalties, correct results, and impose or revoke participation or account restrictions. Every administrative mutation requires a reason and is audited.
